Who can pursue this qualification?

Aspiring candidates must possess either a Level 2 Certificate in Fitness Instructing (Gym/Exercise to Music or Aqua) or an equivalent qualification. Alternatively, eligibility is extended to those holding a Level 3 Certificate in Personal Training, Level 3 Diploma in Instructing Pilates Matwork, or Level 3 Diploma in Teaching Yoga. This qualification caters to:

  • Individuals aspiring to work as fitness instructors, aiming to create and implement tailored exercise programs for referred patients.
  • Those considering a career in health and well-being, particularly in relation to physical activity for medically referred patients.
